Shipping Time

Standard shipping (7-10 business days). Shipping is automatically calculated on the checkout page and can be seen prior to submitting your payment information.

Processing Time

It is our commitment to process your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. 

Please note that we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, damaged, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

PREORDER

Due to high demand our products sell out quickly and are sometimes available for preorder. Preorder dates are estimated based on factory estimations and can sometimes come before or after the specified date. Orders that include preorder items as well as in stock items will be shipped once all the items are in stock. If you would like to receive your in stock items before your preorder items please place separate orders.
