Refund policy

At New Style Fashions, 100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 3 days to return your item(s) with the tags and original packaging to be granted an exchange or store credit. We do NOT issue refunds. All accessories, permanently marked down items and clearance sale items (Sales over 30%) are FINAL SALE. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. If you choose a store credit, it will be applied to your account online. You must create an account to receive your credit. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us first to confirm that the item you want is available. Our policy on returns are RESTRICTED at this time. All orders ARE FINAL SALE until further notice. Store Credit Only.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items
All sale items are FINAL and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
